WCAC FITNESS PROGRAMS

Adult Athlete

For those comfortable in the gym, build performance for your sport or weekend daily activities. This class will challenge you with a variety of exercises including plyometrics, agility and speed training, balance, and strength training. If you’ve already taken our TBT class and are looking for more of a challenge, this is the class for you. 1 hour class. Offered multiple times a week. Check schedule for class availability.

Foundations for Fitness (F3)

Great class for anyone looking to improve their health. Learn basic movement patterns for strength and stability, active range of motion and mobility, build your endurance with gradually progressing cardio and strength. If you’re new to exercise or have been away for a while, this class is the right fit to get you in the game. 1 hour class. Offered multiple times a week. Check schedule for class availability.

WD-30

Feeling tight? Joints creaking? Muscles stiff from lack of activity? This 30-minute class will get you ready to move. Using a variety of techniques, our coaches will walk you through exercises and movements that will wake up your joints, warm up your muscles, and let you move better, whether in your everyday life or as a before/after your regular drill or training session. Part muscle activation technique, part stretching, part foam rolling. 30-minute class. Offered multiple times a week. Check schedule for class availability.

Bootcamp Basics

2022 is time to put away the sweats and baggy clothes. Let CPAC help you get back into your workwear. Need a class to tone what’s puffy? Build a stronger core, a tighter bod, and get ready to turn heads wherever you go. You’ll use weights, bands, and resistance exercises to firm your tush and tone your abs. 1 hour class. Muscle Activation Technique (MAT)

While high intensity training places a lot of demand on the body, MAT can help decrease the damage done to joints and reduce recovery time. It’s a non-invasive treatment that identifies and corrects muscular imbalances that can cause chronic pain and injury. No matter your age, activity level, or physical issue, MAT can help you achieve a higher quality of life and keep you doing what you love.

Chisel and Sculpt

This routine pairs heavy weights with low reps, the perfect power couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to torch fat and sculpt your body.
