Foundations for Fitness (F3)
Great class for anyone looking to improve their health. Learn basic movement patterns for strength and stability, active range of motion and mobility, build your endurance with gradually progressing cardio and strength. Feeling tight? Joints creaking? Muscles stiff from lack of activity? This 30-minute class will get you ready to move. Using a variety of techniques, our coaches will walk you through exercises and movements that will wake up your joints, warm up your muscles, and let you move better, whether in your everyday life or as a before/after your regular drill or training session.
