If you are under 18 you must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or designated adult.

We are open from Sunday – Saturday from 8am – 10pm. We are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas day, and also for Youth Day which is typically held the first Saturday in June.

The only additional charges for members are fees for events, competitions and classes, and the cost of additional equipment like mats, yoga blocks, etc.

With the exception our Youth membership, all our memberships are family memberships. Family members include a spouse/partner, children 17 and under, and dependent children 24 and under who live at home and are a student. Student ID will be required for children over 17 who are being put on a membership. Each family member who will enter facility must be listed on the membership as each family member will have their own unique profile in our member portal.
